At MiaSocial.ai (operated by Storify LTD), we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI social media management services.

1. Credit Packages, the Monthly Plan & Digital Goods

Our service offers two ways to pay: one-time credit packs, and a monthly plan that renews every month until you cancel it. Because our product provides immediate access to proprietary AI generation resources and cloud infrastructure, refunds are generally not provided once a credit has been used to generate content.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund of a Credit Pack

We believe in fair business practices. You may request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of your purchase if you meet all of the following conditions:

You have not used any credits from the purchased pack to generate content.
You have not downloaded any assets generated by the Service.
There was a technical failure or platform outage that entirely prevented you from using the Service as intended.

3. The Monthly Plan

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from Billing & Credits in the app. When you cancel, the plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of that month.
You may request a full refund of a monthly payment within 14 days of that payment if no content was created with the plan in that period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team directly. We handle all requests personally and promptly.

Required Information: Please include the email address associated with your account and the specific Transaction ID / Order Number from your receipt.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we detect evidence of fraud, abuse of our terms, or excessive refund requests from a single user or IP address.
