1. Credit Packages & Digital Goods

Our service operates on a one-time purchase credit system (no recurring subscriptions). Because our product provides immediate access to proprietary AI generation resources and cloud infrastructure, refunds are generally not provided once a credit has been used to generate content.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

We believe in fair business practices. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you meet all of the following conditions:

You have not used any credits from the purchased pack to generate content.
You have not downloaded any assets generated by the Service.
There was a technical failure or platform outage that entirely prevented you from using the Service as intended.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team directly. We handle all requests personally and promptly.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we detect evidence of fraud, abuse of our terms, or excessive refund requests from a single user or IP address.
